About Renewing Online:

When you click on the link to renew online, you will be directed to a log-on screen. You can use either your account ID or your email address as your log-in. If you do not know your password, simply click on the Forgot Your Password link and your password will be emailed to you immediately.

$100 HOLDS IT!
Whether you are ordering the Signature Series or Flex-Pack, you may choose to put $100 down now and the remainder will be charged to your credit card on August 1st. Please note there is a $10.00 service charge for the $100 HOLDS IT option.

YOUR SEASON TICKET OPTIONS:

Signature Series:

The Signature Series includes all five shows: THE COLOR PURPLE, DISNEY'S BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, WICKED, SPRING AWAKENING and BURN THE FLOOR. As a renewing season ticket holder, you can renew your same seats or make changes to your order such as adding or deleting tickets or requesting a seat location change. As a Signature Series patron, you can also CHOOSE TO DROP ONE SHOW and still keep your same seats. If you would like additional tickets to any of the shows, you will have a chance to purchase them in late summer, before they go on sale to the general public.

Renewing Signature Series Online:

You will automatically receive a $10.00 discount for each season ticket ordered if you renew your tickets online.

Your online invoice will indicate your current seating information and price breakdown in the "Renewal Details" screen. You will see that you have already been seated in Centennial Hall in a location equivalent to your Music Hall seats. For some seating areas such as Area B Orchestra and Area A balcony, there was no equivalent available. Please read the section below "ABOUT SEATING IN CENTENNIAL HALL" for more information. Right below the "Renewal Details", you will see a series of questions: if you wish to make any changes such as dropping a show, adding more tickets or changing your location, be sure to complete this section on your invoice.

FLEX-PACK Tickets:

FLEX season ticket holders must purchase a minimum of three shows. You may select any performance choice or any seating section; however, you must purchase the same number of tickets for each show. Later this summer, you will have a chance to purchase additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public.

You can choose your seats for WICKED right now, but your seats for the shows you choose at the Music Hall will be assigned for you in the seating section of your choice after the renewal deadline. This way, you will have access to better seats that have become available from Signature Series patrons who have not renewed or who have dropped their seats from one of the shows. Renewing Flex season ticket holders may wish to change to a Signature Series which gives you seating priority. You will be assigned the same seat in the Music Hall for each of the performances and will be seated before the renewing Flex patrons.

Renewing Flex Series Online:

You will be first given the option of ordering a Flex-Pack or Signature Series. If you choose Signature Series, you will be assigned the best available seats for all your performances. With the Flex option, the online ordering process will enable you to choose each show, performance date and seating section. For WICKED, the computer will automatically assign the best available seats in the section of your choice. For all other shows, your seats will be assigned to you shortly after the renewal deadline once we have processed the changes and additions in the Signature Series orders.

ABOUT SEATING IN CENTENNIAL HALL

The performances of WICKED will take place in UA Centennial Hall on the campus of The University of Arizona. This theatre has a different seating configuration than the Music Hall, with six aisles through the main floor and a balcony that is accessible off the main lobby area.

AREA A SEATING: ROWS A-O
For WICKED, all central seats from Rows A - O have been designated as premium priced Gold Circle seats. Subscribers who regularly sit in these rows at the Music Hall have been seated in Gold Circle. If you would prefer to be moved into the Area A seating (Rows P-KK), please contact the Season Ticket Office directly
at 1-866-821-2929.
BALCONY AREA A TICKETHOLDERS:
There is no Balcony Area A seating section, so subscribers who hold Balcony Area A have been seated in central locations in the Area A section of the main floor Orchestra.
ORCHESTRA AREA B SUBSCRIBERS:
The Area B seating on the Orchestra level is off to the side, so patrons who usually sit in Orchestra Area B in the Music Hall have been seated in the center seats of the front rows of the Balcony in Centennial Hall. If you prefer to sit on the side of the main floor Orchestra section and be closer to the stage, you can indicate this in the question section of your online invoice and you will be reseated. Please note that the side Area B seats may have a limited view at some moments during the production.
