sEASON TICKET HOLDER SERVICES

PARKING AT THE HOTEL ARIZONA:

Season ticket holders may wish to purchase parking in advance for the four shows taking place at the TCC Music Hall. Parking is available for these performances at the Hotel Arizona - all four shows for only $19.00, a savings of up to $13 over the price charged at the Convention Center lots. In addition, the number of parking passes is limited to ensure that all season ticket holders with a parking pass will be guanteed admission to the lot.

PURCHASING ADDITIONAL TICKETS:

Season ticket holders can purchase up to 8 additional tickets for any of the 2010/2011 Season shows. For all Music Hall shows, you will pay the same price for additional tickets as you paid for your season tickets.

For WICKED, your same prices apply for the 8 performances designated as season ticket holder performances. They are Wednesday, January 5 Eve; Thursday, January 6 Eve; Friday, January 7 Eve; Saturday January 8 Mat & Eve; Sunday, January 9 Mat & Eve and Tuesday, January 11 Eve. Ticket prices for the other performances of WICKED may be higher, depending upon your seat location and performance preference.

Tickets can be purchased online or by telephone (1-866-821-2929). Tickets for the shows taking place at the Music Hall can be purchased in person as the TCC Box Office.

EXCHANGING YOUR TICKETS:

Season ticket holders can exchange their tickets to an alternate performance of the same show. Exchanges must be completed two days in advance of the performance; in other words, if you want to exchange your Wednesday evening tickets, you must complete your exchange no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday. All Sunday performance exchanges must be completed by 3:00 on Friday.

Exchange by Phone: Call the season ticket office at 1-866-821-2929. There is a charge of $3.00 per order for phone exchanges.
Exchange by FAX: A fax exchange form was mailed with your tickets. Fax to 1-520-232-5480

Exchange in person: Only tickets for the four shows taking place at the Music Hall can be exchanged in person at the TTCC Box Office.
